Please have your tax ID number at hand, otherwise, we'll just need general information such as name and address. Within 24 business hours of qualifying, we will email you your user ID and password or we can take your order over the phone then and there.

  2. If you are already a Virginia T's customer but you have never placed an order through our Website, please call 1-800-289-8099 for the ASSIGNED password associated with your company's account. You will need this ASSIGNED password for your initial log-in, at which time you will be able to create your own PERSONAL account (using your own e-mail and password combination).

  3. If you have previously logged into this Website, enter your e-mail address and PERSONAL password and press the "LOG IN" button in the form beneath the Virginia T's logo (upper left side of the window). If you've forgotten your PERSONAL password, click here for a reminder.

  4. If you know your ASSIGNED password but have not previously logged into this Website, submit the following form:
