Phone lines are open from 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. You can reach us toll free at 800-289-8099. Place your order by 5:00 p.m. EST and 5:00 p.m. CST and we will ship the same day. Our offices are open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday.

Payment Methods
This price list represents a 3.5% cash, check or net discount. All other means of payment follow our standard price list. All shipments are COD, payable by cashier¹s check or money order. We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card upon completion of our authorization form. Credit card users follow our standard price list. Please contact our Credit Department for additional options or ask one of our Customer Service Reps for a credit application. Past due net accounts will accrue interest. Any net invoices that are paid by credit card after point of sale will incur a 3.5% fee.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax when shipping or billing to Indiana, Florida and Virginia. Please contact our Credit Department if you are tax exempt.

Delivery
We will gladly research the best possible delivery rates for any order. Unless otherwise requested, orders placed by 5:00 p.m. will ship the same day via UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Saturday Delivery and UPS 3 Day Select shipments are also available on orders placed by 5:00 p.m. FedEx orders and large orders shipping by the truckline of your choice can ship the same day when placed by 3:00 p.m. We do not insure packages, but offer this service at your request and expense. Please allow 2 hours for us to process pick up orders.

Error Claims/Damages
All discrepancies MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt. No claims will be honored on goods drop shipped to third parties. Embellished goods may only be returned if FACTORY DEFECTIVE. Therefore, it is crucial to inspect all goods prior to decorating. Please mark all defects with a piece of tape. CLAIMS ON ERRORS WILL NOT BE HONORED ON DECORATED GOODS. Please contact our claims department with any of these issues.

Returns/Refusals
Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns received more than 20 days past the order date will incur a 20% restocking fee. Large and seasonal returns will also be subject to a restocking fee. RE-LABELED ITEMS, CLOSE-OUT & DISCONTINUED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Refused shipments and cancelled orders will result in a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
